EA Carts SMS/Text Messaging Privacy Policy

This policy supplements the EA Carts Privacy Policy and describes how we handle mobile phone numbers and text messaging.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from EA Carts — for example, when placing an order on eacarts.com or with an EA Carts sales representative — you consent to receive order updates, build status notifications, delivery scheduling messages, and customer care messages from EA Carts at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies by order activity; a typical custom cart build generates approximately 8–10 messages over the course of the build. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party.
