Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to our CEO, manage office communications, and handle basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a friendly, professional demeanor for interacting with customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Provide customer service both in person and through digital channels such as phone and Zoom.
- Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar and email to ensure optimal organization.
- Engage with the company’s social media platforms, responding to queries and interacting with the audience.
- Handle basic accounting duties including sending and receiving invoices and managing billing processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of all corporate and personal information.
- Support other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.
Knowledge & Skills Required:

This role requires a skill set comparable to an automotive technician, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of new golf carts
- Perform diagnostic tests on golf carts to identify functionality issues.
- Conduct repairs and routine maintenance on electric and gasoline golf carts.
- Install and test electrical components and systems, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Provide exceptional quality control to ensure that all repairs and maintenance meet company standards.
- Collaborate with the tech team to share knowledge and contribute to a productive work environment.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Golf Cart Assembly Manager to oversee the assembly operations of our golf carts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role requires a solid understanding of assembly processes and the ability to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the assembly of golf carts, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Manage and train assembly line workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of assembled golf carts to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials and parts
